FHA elects officers, adopts committee assignments and approves meeting minutes
Summary

At the start of the Feb. 25 meeting the Fitchburg Housing Authority approved the Dec. 30, 2025 meeting minutes (motion: Chair Goodwin; second: Vice Chair Hughes). Commissioner Heidi Bogner abstained because she was not at the previous meeting.
The board then elected officers: Vice Chair Thomas Hughes nominated David Basilio for Treasurer and Commissioner Heidi Bogner for Vice Treasurer; the motion (mover: Hughes; second: Goodwin) passed unanimously.
The board also voted on committee assignments. The Construction Committee will include David Basilio and Thomas Hughes; the Labor Committee will include David Basilio and Janice Spellane; the Tenant, Wallace, and Bylaws Committees will include Adam Goodwin and Janice Spellane. The motions were approved by the board.
