The Peterborough Select Board approved several routine items and handled a tax‑deed repurchase offer during Tuesday's meeting.
The board unanimously approved the minutes of October 18, November 1, and the November 3 Select Board retreat. Nicole MacStay updated the board on 28 Summer Street, a property recently taken by the town through tax deeding; the former owners approached the town offering to repurchase the property, and MacStay provided a deed that would return the property after full payment, including fees and interest. The board voted to accept the repurchase and to sign the deed upon receipt of payment so the deed can be recorded.
The board then entered a nonpublic session under RSA 91‑A:3 II(a) for personnel matters; a roll call vote showed Tyler Ward, Bill Taylor and William Kennedy each voting aye. The board voted to seal the nonpublic minutes and adjourned at 6:58 PM.
