State association presents re-accreditation to Livingston County Sheriffs Office

Kehoe noted that only 11 counties in the state receive this re-accreditation and said the designation reflects Livingston Countys adherence to standards and best practices. Kehoe presented plaques to Deputy Michael Anne and Sheriff Dougherty.
Sheriff Thomas Dougherty thanked members of the Sheriffs Department and the Board of Supervisors for their continuous support of the department and its members.
The presentation occurred during the privileges-of-the-floor portion of the meeting; no formal board action was required beyond accepting the presentation.
