Trustee Pat Dunham read the Treasurer’s Report showing an ending balance of $12,640,025.99 as of March 31, 2022; Trustee Dunham moved to accept the report, Trustee Dawn Suchy seconded and the motion carried on a roll call vote, Aye 5, Nay 0.
Trustee Pat Dunham moved to adjourn the meeting; Trustee Ron Grace seconded; voice vote Aye 5, Nay 0 and the meeting adjourned at 9:42 p.m.
