CPMT finalizes Quality Improvement Plan, reviews CSA CQI dashboard ahead of OCS audit submission

The Tazewell County CPMT finalized Section VI of its Quality Improvement Plan and prepared CSA CQI documentation for submission to the Office of Children’s Services audit program by April 30, 2025; members reviewed finance, demographics/utilization and outcome measures and confirmed budget alignment for Tazewell County.
CPMT members reviewed Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) worksheets and the CSA Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) dashboard — including finance, demographics/utilization and outcome measures — updated through March 2025. The group finalized Section VI QIP details and prepared the CSA CQI documentation QIP for submission to the Office of Children's Services (OCS) Audit Program by April 30, 2025.
Attorney Chase Collins asked questions about Total Net Expenditures and year-to-date totals for Tazewell County. David Taylor, Director of Tazewell County Department of Social Services, verified that the budget submitted to County Administration aligns with the Tazewell County Finance Expenditure Report included in the meeting packet.
The CPMT was also reminded of two OCS administrative memoranda distributed earlier in April and of upcoming OCS trainings, including a May 20 CANS and Service Planning session for case managers and FAPT members.
