Actions included a $498,200 contract with Siegel Excavating LLC to demolish one commercial structure at 114 South Main Street in Greensburg; a $117,000 ARPA demolition package to GEMM Demolition for three commercial structures in Monessen; a $112,000 package to GEMM Demolition covering nine residential structures in Jeannette, Hempfield and Penn Township (Act 152/ARPA/PHARE RTT funding); a $71,000 Act 152 DEMOFund/PHARE RTT package to Minniefield Demolition Services LLC for four residential houses and two commercial structures across East Huntingdon Township, New Stanton Borough and Sewickley Township; a $76,584.50 contract to Schrock Fence Company for commercial fencing at 1001/1101 Penn Avenue in the City of Jeannette; a $14,750 contract to Spanbauer Construction, LLC for 136 Apollo Road in Mount Pleasant Township (WHRP); and a $7,195.55 WHRP contract to A1 Property Maintenance Solutions, LLC for 17 Pearl Street in Scottdale.
