The Westmoreland County Land Bank met March 24, 2026, at the Westmoreland Development Council Board Room and unanimously approved the meeting minutes and the previous month—s financial report.
Finance Manager Jamie Scherich told the board the organization is prepared for changing fiscal conditions, reviewed the balance sheet and liabilities, and said the board—s profit/loss position is ahead of this time last year. He also updated the board on the status of the ongoing audit. Rebecca Parry moved to approve the previous month—s financial report; Matt Williams seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting, Donna Holdorf-Roadman moved to approve the prior meeting minutes; Rebecca Parry seconded and that motion also passed unanimously.
The board completed routine business without public comment and adjourned at 9:21 a.m. after a motion by Matt Williams and a second from Matt Helinski. No formal policy actions or contracts were adopted during the meeting.
