Council approves Sunrise Meadows final plat for 28-lot subdivision
Summary

City staff presented a staff report recommending the City Council find that Sunrise Meadows LLC and JMP 2 Properties LLC satisfied the conditions of preliminary plat approval for a 28-lot subdivision. Staff (Chris Bass) said streets, sidewalks, utilities and required improvements were installed and accepted by the city engineer, performance and maintenance bonds were posted, and the final plat map included the certificates required under Title 17.
Staff recommended passage of resolution 18-75. Council member LaFleur moved to approve, a second was recorded, and the council voted to pass the resolution. The motion passed with no objections recorded in the minutes.
No amendments or conditions were attached to the recorded approval; staff said they are available to answer questions and no substantive follow-up direction was requested at the meeting.
