Planning Commission recommends approval of Lorang plat to County Commissioners
Summary

The Davison County Planning Commission on Jan. 7 voted to recommend that the County Commissioners approve a plat by Nick and Kim Lorang for Lot 3 of Lorang's Addition in Section 22, T103N, R62W.
Deputy Director Karen Wegleitner explained the plat and noted the applicants were not present. Commission members were told the platting action is intended to clean up remaining land described by measurements; no residence is planned and no lot-size variance is required.
Dave Anderson moved to recommend approval to the County Commissioners; Lewis Bainbridge seconded. The roll-call vote was unanimous among present members; the motion carried.
Next steps: the County Commissioners will consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation in their review of the plat.
