Mayor John D. Ryan thanked the applicants for reinvesting in the community and asked staff to verify drainage and sewer access; planning staff confirmed existing sewer infrastructure on the site and said the disturbance will be less than half an acre, so no additional retention was required under local rules.
The board did not vote on the special use at the March 31 meeting; trustees asked staff to return with the planning transcript and any stipulations for formal consideration at the next meeting.
