Council agreed Public Works would correct identified defects and that the borough would allow a one‑year period to observe how the project settles before judging the final appearance. Ms. Greer asked for a total cost summary to understand the borough’s final outlay; that total was requested of staff.
The payment completes the contractor’s request for final funds but leaves a small punch list for the borough to monitor while closing the project.
