Planning commission approves site plans and home‑business permits, tables ATMs and subdivisions pending more information

The Lincoln County Planning Commission on April 6, 2026, approved a series of site plans and home-occupation permits and tabled several items that lacked required information.
Planner Traci Perkins told the commission that application materials were incomplete for two Bank of Lincoln County ATM site plans (Ardmore Highway and Huntsville Highway); both ATM items were tabled until the May 4, 2026 meeting to allow applicants to provide the missing information. Perkins introduced the One Stop Storage site plan for Pulaski Highway (representative Bruce Lynn, TTL USA Inc.), and Commissioner David Sanders moved to approve the plan; Cole Blocker seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
A run of home-occupation permits was approved by unanimous votes: Ashley Custom Creations (woodworking, applicant Bobby Ashley), Therapy Co (massage, applicant Mary Allison Dempsey), Solis Landscaping (applicant Alejandro Solis Layola), Cornerstone Voice (applicant James Michael Hall), and Quantum Healing Communications (mobile acupuncture, applicant Christy Knight). For Major Distribution LLC (tobacco and vapor vending at 160 Hughey), the commission had questions and no company representative was present; no motion was made.
Three G Bradley minor subdivision items (4-lot SDs at Shady Grove, Hwy 64N and Hwy 64S) were tabled until a property flow test is completed. Two other minor subdivisions—Pyles (3-lot) and Billy Wayne Mann (3-lot)—were approved. The Stiles PHS 2 revision (2-lot SD) was approved with the additional condition that a fire hydrant be added to Smith Lane; Grad Wright offered that condition and Mike Bevels seconded.
With no further business the commission adjourned at 7:45 p.m.; Jimmy Sumners moved to adjourn and Cole Blocker seconded. The minutes record unanimous approval for motions where votes are noted.
