Commissioner Taglorenny moved to approve Ordinance 2025‑15; the motion was seconded and, per the city clerk, carried on a 5‑0 roll call. The city attorney noted a clerical cover‑page correction (a district label) could be fixed typographically and did not need to be reflected in the motion.
The ordinance states it becomes effective immediately upon adoption. The vote leaves the adopted millage and statutory disclosures on the record ahead of the budget adoption that followed in the same meeting.
