NRCS monthly report: annual spot checks set for April; staff to attend People’s Academy; AgWrap allocation noted

He also updated the board on staff matters: the district has a vacant position under recruitment and staff plan to attend the county's People's Academy, a 10-week training scheduled for April and May. Holtzmann said staff attended a COMPASS Project facilitation discussion on March 6, 2026.
