The Warren Soil & Water Conservation District board approved a $4,580 pasture renovation contract and filed routine records at its March 10, 2026, meeting in the multipurpose room.
Chair Brenda Collier called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and Director Gary Holtzmann gave the invocation. The board first approved the minutes from its Feb. 10 meeting after a motion by Vice-Chair Thomas Traylor and a second from Charles Lynch; the motion passed and the minutes were filed.
Thomas Traylor presented the financial report. Charles Lynch moved to approve the report, Traylor seconded, and the board passed the motion to file the financial report.
Gary Holtzmann presented one Impaired/Impacted contract for consideration: II93-2026-011-12, a Pasture Renovation contract in the amount of $4,580. Charles Lynch moved that the board consider the contract; Thomas Traylor seconded and the motion to consider passed. Traylor then moved to approve the contract and Lynch seconded; the motion passed and the contract was approved.
The meeting adjourned with no further business; Chair Brenda Collier noted the board's next regular meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.
