Council approves Sunrise Meadows final plat and Tarragon annexation; one annexation fails, VFW lease amended

Enumclaw — The City Council took several land-use and facilities actions at its May 11 meeting, approving a final subdivision plat, accepting one annexation petition with staff modifications, amending a lease for temporary senior-center space and rejecting a separate annexation petition.
