Finance Director Tina Smigielski said contingency funds exist but not at the level needed for the current request. Committee members agreed it would be prudent to obtain updated quotes and more complete cost figures before taking final action; the item was scheduled for the June 3 Executive Committee meeting to allow staff time to gather better numbers.
