Commissioner Earl Somsen seconded the motion and the vote was recorded as Somsen-yes and Mathews-yes.
The meeting minutes include an itemized ledger of fund and trust disbursements and line items presented to the board. The minutes show the grand totals that match the motion-approved totals and list individual fund categories such as Road & Bridge, Justice, Solid Waste, and various trusts and local agencies. The minutes were signed by Commissioner Chairman Earl Somsen and attested by County Clerk Denise Horsley.
The board also approved multiple certificates of residency/affidavits for students taking online courses through Idaho junior colleges and CSI during the same session.
