On Feb. 26, 2026, Neighborhood Council #4 met at Heritage Baptist Church in Great Falls and elected its 2026 leadership and approved a bylaw addition on removal and vacancies of officers.
Sandra Guynn, chair of Neighborhood Council #4, was re-elected chair after a motion by Vice Chair Neil Tredray and a second from Ron Paulick. Tredray was elected vice chair in a motion moved by Paulick and seconded by Guynn. Lisa Meyers was elected secretary on a motion by Paulick, seconded by Tredray, and Paulick was elected official delegate on a motion by Tredray, seconded by Meyers. The transcript reports each motion as "carried;" no roll-call vote totals were recorded in the minutes.
The council also voted to add a Section A to its bylaws covering removal and vacancies of officers. Ron Paulick moved to add the section using the same wording other Neighborhood Councils use; Lisa Meyers seconded and the motion carried.
