County approves survey and task orders for annexation and park projects, including George Carver Park splash pad

County staff said Moxie Chemical has offered a $40,000 donation to offset project costs; commissioners approved moving forward with the selected option and noted that additional civil work and utility connections will be handled as part of project budgeting.
Votes on these items were taken by voice; each motion carried. Staff will return with contract documents and scope details for the council to complete standard procurement and construction steps.
