The goal is to be "shovel ready" on applications and to have engineering and survey work completed so future grant submissions are competitive.
"The total, that's about $412,000 for next year, and we're gonna include that in the budget," one transportation committee speaker said. Council member Morgan moved to include the recommendations in the FY25 budget; the motion passed on a voice vote.
