Bardstown introduces FY25 budget and zoning amendments for short‑term rentals at first reading

Councilman Joe Buckman introduced Ordinance B2024-07, an amendment to the FY24 budget ending June 30, 2024, and Councilman Roland E. Williams introduced Ordinance B2024-08 to amend planning and zoning rules for short-term rentals and bed-and-breakfast properties.
The minutes record that a second reading for Ordinance B2024-08 is scheduled for Thursday, June 13 at 12:00 PM via video teleconference. No votes were taken on these ordinances at first reading; they will return to the council for additional consideration.
