During discussion about public wayfinding, a participant (S3) said visitors had trouble identifying the town hall entrance from the road. Staff member (S4) said the town will evaluate interior and exterior sign packages and noted the highway department had already added two parking-direction signs; staff said exterior signage will be explored in the sign-package work and is expected to be part of the July 1 capital budget priorities.
Board members agreed to cancel the early-June meeting and to revisit signage options in the capital-signage package.
