"That project has been completed. There's a remaining amount of $424,000 left to pay the contract out. We asked Tia to fund that amount and they have, which is the supplemental agreement before you," Mr. McLeod said.
A commissioner (speaker 3) moved to approve Supplemental Agreement No. 2 and to authorize the chairman to sign; the motion was seconded and the chairman called the voice vote. The chairman recorded no opposition and declared the motion carried.
