Members also raised the need to avoid competing regional events and a depot-run scavenger hunt; Chair said depot staff Tim Robinson and Rhonda are inventorying artifacts and participating in regional activities.
Members agreed to aim for late September/early October (October 3 was proposed) to mitigate hot summer weather and reduce conflict with major regional draws.
