Becky told the commission that Primax is on board with the market moving to its site and that the owner at Sorabinos agreed to participate; Primax suggested creating an MOU to specify who is responsible for which operational tasks. Becky said she is drafting the MOU and will circulate it to the parties for review.
Commissioners asked follow‑up questions about logistics, event hours and potential lighting; staff said they would bring more details once the draft MOU is ready.
