Bardstown council approves board reappointments, a mobile-vendor permit and cemetery deeds

At its Jan. 14 meeting the Bardstown City Council approved several routine consent and appointment items.
Councilwoman Betty Hart moved to reappoint Stephen Hamilton to the Housing Authority for a four-year term beginning Feb. 12, 2025, and to reappoint Roy Nall to the Board of Adjustment for a four-year term beginning Feb. 28, 2025. Councilman Bill Sheckles seconded the motion and it carried 6-0.
Councilman Roland E. Williams moved to approve a mobile food vendor application submitted by Rise & Grind Coffee; Councilman Franklin Hibbs IV seconded and the motion passed 6-0. Cemetery deeds for Brandon Johnson and for David & Sheila Johnson were approved by unanimous consent. The minutes also show the Dec. 10, 2024 council meeting minutes were approved by unanimous consent earlier in the meeting.
