Commissioner Jeff McCormick asked about the required buffer yard; Moore said he has landscaping plans to address that requirement. Seth Geyer of Geyer Construction proposed a 10,000‑square‑foot retail building for Adams Corners Parcel E21 adjacent to a location in the transcript called “Aldis.” Geyer said the space could accommodate two to three tenants. Township Engineer Ron Olsen requested that the applicants address an outstanding driveway agreement in future submissions.
