Troutman moved to adjourn; Brian Ward seconded and the board voted 4-0. The minutes record the meeting began at 6:31 p.m. and ended at 6:51 p.m. The next regularly scheduled meeting is Monday, Nov. 25 at 6:30 p.m.
Attendance listed in the minutes included Bob Van Bramer, Thomas Orlando, Thomas C. Troutman and Brian Ward; Tyler Tyson was marked absent. Administrative Assistant Samantha Cronrath signed the minutes.
