The Lower Pottsgrove Township Authority recorded several routine approvals and motions at its June 10 meeting.
Minutes: Mark Loshnowsky moved and Joe McGeehan seconded approval of the May 13, 2024 meeting minutes; the motion passed unanimously, 3-0.
Treasurer’s report: Joe McGeehan read the Treasurer’s report dated June 10, 2024 showing $3,944,997.11 in the sewer revenue account and $1,951,313.69 in the capital improvement reserve. Mr. Loshnowsky moved to approve the Treasurer’s report and Sean Pence seconded; the motion passed 4-0.
Bills and payments: Solicitor Stephen Kalis read the bills as presented, including capital and operating invoices such as a $23,021 charge for VFD replacement installation and $9,109.19 in DelVal interest. Joe McGeehan moved and Mark Loshnowsky seconded payment of the presented bills; the motion passed 4-0.
Adjournment: Mr. Loshnowsky moved to adjourn; the meeting adjourned at 6:32 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for July 8, 2024, at the Township Building.
