Lower Pottsgrove Planning Commission reappoints officers, accepts Sanatoga Land Holdings application

The Lower Pottsgrove Township Planning Commission on June 25 reappointed its existing officers and accepted a new preliminary land‑use application for review at the July 15 meeting.
Township Manager Edward Wagner solicited nominations; Anita Meehan moved to reappoint Frank Cebular as chair and Michael Sean Levering as vice chair, Anthony Cherico seconded and the motion passed 4-0. The commission also approved the remainder of its 2024 meeting dates (July 15, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18 and December 16), with meetings to begin at 6:30 p.m.
The commission accepted Application 2024‑01 from Sanatoga Land Holdings, LP (147 Evergreen Road; 209 & 211 South Park Road) for preliminary consideration. Wagner said Sanatoga Land Holdings is expected to appear at the July 15 meeting. The motion to accept the application carried 4-0.
Wagner announced a preconstruction meeting for Royal Farms, and said the commission’s next regularly scheduled meeting will be July 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. The public meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
