Resident seeks four-way stop at North Avenue and Sixth Street; city to study options

Alderman Keith Smith suggested a temporary speed wagon; Recorder Jim E. Garland said rumble strips could be an allowable option. Mayor Terry F. Bell, Public Works Director Carter Scales and Recorder Garland will research feasible traffic-calming measures and return with recommendations at the next meeting.
