Findlay Township advisory committee elects Dan Moskal chair, Ken Faux vice-chair

Temporary Chair Ernie Leopold moved to nominate Dan Moskal for chairman; the motion was seconded by Ken Faux and passed unanimously. Later, Rade Opacic moved to nominate Ken Faux for vice-chairman; the minutes record that Mr. Faux seconded that motion and it also passed unanimously.
The votes were recorded during a meeting held in the Westbury Conference Room at the Findlay Township Municipal Building. The meeting minutes list members present as Ernie Leopold, Dan Moskal, Tim Cook, Ken Faux, John Thomas, John Yarowenko and Rade Opacic, with Brandon Stanick (Assistant Manager/Planning Administrator), Laura Savage (Planning Secretary) and Lieutenant Neil Cridge attending from staff and public safety.
The committee did not set a follow-up meeting date during the session; members agreed to schedule the next meeting after staff identifies properties that have developed or are proposed for development under the Transportation Service Area map and after police crash data are pulled to inform the impact-fee review.
The minutes record the meeting began at 7:30 p.m. and adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
