Trustee Dean Hyatt suggested that Fire Company officers meet weekly or biweekly with himself and the mayor to share information as it becomes available and improve communications between the department and board. The mayor confirmed the village will continue enforcement and follow-up on vacant properties; no formal decision about the Henry Hose station leasing or zoning was made at the meeting.
