The Montville Township Recreation Commission unanimously reappointed Deane Driscoll as chairman and Daren Colaiacovo as vice-chair at its Jan. 8, 2025 meeting.
Commissioner Manfra made the motion to appoint Driscoll, which carried on a unanimous roll call; Van Koppen moved to appoint Colaiacovo as vice-chair, and that motion also passed unanimously. The commission then voted to approve the Dec. 11, 2024 minutes after Commissioner Manfra moved and Vice-Chairman Colaiacovo seconded the motion.
The reorganization took place at the start of the meeting after Chairman Driscoll called the session to order and read the Open Meetings Act notice. The meeting record shows no absences among commissioners, and Secretary Liz Johansen recorded attendance and the meeting minutes.
