Supervisor Shartle moved and Supervisor Jordan seconded a motion to approve payment to Vehicle Service Group in the amount of $33,899.42, to Jemko Equipment in the amount of $2,580.00, and to French Creek Mechanical LLC in the estimated amount of $1,457.00 for the purchase and installation of a Rotary Vehicle Lift System for the Road Department, to be paid from the Capital Reserve Investment Interest Account. The minutes record the vote as: All Approved.
Later in the reconvened study session Supervisor Shartle moved and Supervisor Jordan seconded to authorize the Secretary and the Solicitor to prepare an advertisement and documents for the West Mead Township Pension Plan under Pennsylvania Act 44, soliciting third‑party administrator services and investment options/providers for future consideration. The minutes again record the vote as: All Approved.
Being no further business, Supervisor Jordan moved and Supervisor Shartle seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:48 p.m. to an executive session for personnel matters.
Other business recorded without formal vote included a review of the Tri County Industries Inc subdivision plan (no objections reported) and discussion of the 2026 Clean Up Days logistics.
