During discussion, a committee member thanked township professionals for the work on Resolution 20255 and said an analysis revised the required affordable-housing number downward with the stated goal of preserving more open space; the speaker said the township hopes the state will accept the revised number.
The clerk read each resolution title into the record before the roll-call vote. The consent agenda passed on a roll call with all members voting in favor as recorded.
The consent list also included a resolution authorizing the tax collector to adjust an account pursuant to the totally disabled veteran exemption for a specified property; the clerk read the lot and block into the record.
