Consent items approved included supplements to professional services agreements for the 84th Street and College Park Drive traffic signal project with Olsson and the Adams Street (36th–49th) project with Alfred Benesch & Company, plus distribution of interest earnings for January 2026. Liquor-license applications (items 4A–4D), including an application for Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services LLC at the UNL track facility and a manager application for Michelle Hobbs Beecham at Tranquility Salon & Spa, were presented and approved after applicants described operations and training.
