At the Oct. 15 finance committee meeting, Mr. Rubin delivered the information-technology report, telling commissioners that the asset management system will produce more data over the next couple of months that staff can integrate into departmental reports.
Mr. Rubin said he is available to answer questions and expects additional output from the system to improve departmental reporting and asset tracking. Commissioners had no questions and voted to accept the information-technology report.
No policy changes or formal requests were made during the IT update; the committee moved on to other business after accepting the report.
