Chair Christian Klein moved to approve the written decision that had been prepared by Mr. Leblanc and distributed to the board; the motion was seconded by Patrick Hanlin and passed by roll call. The board noted the final decision will be filed with the town clerk and recorded at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds, which starts the 20-day appeal period under state law before the applicant may proceed with building permits.
Earlier in the meeting the board also approved the minutes from its May 12, 2026 meeting by roll call vote. Both votes were unanimous among members present, with Associate Nicholas Rosenberg standing in for Mr. Leblanc on the docket decision vote.
