The commissioner said the exhibit was prepared by a company they described as a sister company and that a coworker, Levi Pitts, had performed the work; the commissioner said they had not voted and that the record should show an abstention by reason of conflict of interest. The commissioner moved to amend the minutes; another commissioner seconded the motion and the commission approved the amendment by voice vote.
Chair Rigin asked staff to correct the official minutes for the record. The commission made no further formal findings about the underlying project or the company named in the discussion; the amendment was limited to correcting the voting record in the minutes.
