Ricky, who presented the bid summary, told the committee that annual chemical purchases fluctuate with usage and weather. “It depends what we use, depends on how much we bump and weather conditions naturally,” he said, explaining that some orders run over into subsequent years depending on inventory and need.
A motion to approve the lowest bid was made and seconded, and the committee passed the motion by voice vote.
The committee took no other business and adjourned.
