Herkimer County LDC approves minutes and moves forward on small lot, developer outreach

Developer interest and next steps: staff reported that two organizations had seen the site during the conference and that a hotel developer will return in early July for site touring. No formal acquisition or funding vote occurred; staff will return with further recommendations after additional testing and outreach.
The board adjourned after concluding these items.
