Committee adopts superintendent’s 2024–26 goals after positive evaluation

The evaluation summary described Dr. Daly’s performance as meeting or exceeding established goals across instructional leadership, management and operations, family and community engagement, and professional culture.
Committee discussion focused on four priority goals to guide the superintendent for the next two years: increasing access to advanced coursework and monitoring subgroup participation; rolling out a new administrator and teacher evaluation rubric; advancing the NRPS 2030 strategic planning process; and strengthening MTSS intervention blocks and data use across schools.
Members asked about the superintendent’s role in the upcoming NEASC accreditation process and the feasibility of five‑year strategic goals given budget constraints; Dr. Daly said accreditation is a collaborative process and the 2030 goals are broken into yearly steps. The committee moved to accept the superintendent’s goals for the 2024–26 evaluation period; the motion passed by roll call, 4–0.
No formal changes to personnel were announced; the committee will continue oversight of rubric rollout and strategic planning milestones.
