Franklin Township committee approves routine resolutions, appoints police officer and schedules ordinance hearing

The Franklin Township Committee unanimously approved multiple resolutions at its Jan. 13 meeting, including appointments, contract authorizations and administrative actions.
By roll call, the committee approved R3226, naming a conflict backup prosecutor for the joint municipal court for 2026; R3326, authorizing the mayor to sign a services contract with Barber Consulting Services; and R3426, directing a refund of a developer escrow account. The committee also approved R3526, allowing the tax collector to process a totally disabled veteran exemption for block 4114 lot 3.
