Centerville outlines facilities engagement with SHP, schedules OFCC assessment

The administration said it has reached out to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) and is pushing for an on-site assessment in July; the OFCC visit would include facility assessments and a capacity review, and staff expect an assessment report to follow once the OFCC completes its review. Officials reiterated that no final facilities plan has been adopted; the process is intended to be transparent and to gather community input.
Board members asked about OFCC timing and report turnaround; district staff said they are pressing for a July visit but that OFCC scheduling depends on the state budget cycle.
