The clerk noted for the record that individual members do not vote on their own reappointment and that recorded votes applied to the other director.
The authority also approved the meeting agenda and the consent calendar by roll-call votes without any director pulling items for separate discussion. The city clerk explained public-comment procedures at the start of the meeting and opened public comment, but no members of the public joined on Zoom or spoke in person.
