The commission also approved release of a $2,850 bond for S23-635 (Nathan Hill Drive) tied to a 2023 corrective-action restoration near a pond; staff reported the restored buffer appeared healthy and in compliance.
During acceptance of minutes, a commissioner suggested adding a link in the minutes to the meeting recording; staff said the city is updating its meeting notices page to include a single place for agendas, minutes and direct YouTube links so the public can access recordings more easily.
Separately, staff relayed a request from Holly Cousett, chair of the New Town Conservation Commission, to attend a future meeting to discuss rodenticides; commissioners were receptive and staff said they would coordinate scheduling.
