Board member Bob Rapedto briefed the conservation board on the subcommittee's work to review the town's conservation-subdivision code. "We had a subcommittee meeting yesterday and this was essentially the first with a working draft," Rapedto said, adding that members are redlining potential changes and evaluating improvements to the code.
Rapedto said there was nothing substantive to share at the July meeting beyond starting the process; he and other members expect to prepare a fuller report or presentation at a future meeting after more drafting and review.
The board did not take formal action on code amendments at this session; members characterized the report as an initial step in a longer revision process.
