A marketing firm that specializes in economic development outreach presented programmatic advertising options to the Forest Park Downtown Development Authority on May 28, offering audience targeting and account‑based tactics to attract developers, site selectors and talent.
Charles and Mr. Dealda of Multiview described tactics including behavioral targeting, site retargeting and event‑based geofencing. "We can market directly to those exact folks on the websites that they're visiting on a daily basis," one presenter said, outlining capabilities to identify businesses and site selectors and to present tailored ad creative. The firm shared three year‑long options; its baseline package was described as a $20,000 12‑month commitment, with flexibility to increase spend during the contract.
Director Rochelle Dennis said the proposal would require review by the city attorney and recommended tabling any contract vote until members had time to examine the pricing, case studies and contract language. Board members asked about the city’s point of contact for creative and data uploads; Multiview said it would handle about 80% of the campaign work while coordinating with a named local branding contact and public information staff.
The board agreed to review the full slide deck and contract language, with a likely vote at the next meeting after attorney review and staff recommendations.
